Or did in previous pregnancies?

I am 11 weeks and the morning sickness is getting worse. I think I've lost a couple of pounds this month from vomiting and not being able to eat.  My second appointment is next week and I'll see what my doctor has to say, but I'm wondering what has been working for those with extremely tough sickness.

Or if you had worsening m/s with your first pregnancy did it continue the whole pregnancy or finally let up?
