What's your favorite Nursing Pad?

I have tried a few including cotton reusable ones and I just haven't found one I love. I HATE using disposable ones that are individually wrapped, it seems like such a huge waste. The only ones I've found that aren't wrapped are J&J, but they are small and don't feel dry where the milk gets. I have cotton, but leak through those even doubled up. This morning I leaked right thru the pads, my bra, and onto DD's onesie while feeding her. Please help!
