How long did LO STTN before you regulated?

I'm very lucky, LO has been STTN (10p-6a) for about a month now.  However, I'm still waking up engorged every morning.  If he doesn't eat well at his 10p feeding (like if he's super sleepy) I'm woken up by the pain of engorgement around 5am.  Every morning I pump a little bit to relieve the pain and so DS can latch. How long did it take you to regulate when LO started STTN?  This whole pump-feed-wash pump routine is getting old.  Thanks!
