Leaking amniotic fluid? 29 weeks

Hello all! This may be TMI, but here goes. I am 29 weeks along and I feel kinda wet all day long....to where I am changing the daily pad like at least 3 times a day, sometimes changing clothes.  I did have a problem with stress incontinence before I was pregnant (even had bladder sling put in in 2009). So, it very well could be urine that I'm leaking....But, how do I know if it's urine or amniotic fluid? Or maybe a little of both?
