normal?

I had false labor two nights ago...5 hours of contractions 7-10 minutes apart...didn't go to the hospital, but called my OB who said to stay home unless they get closer, the didn't and eventually stopped. 

TMI, but today I have like a bloody discharge.  No other symptoms.  Is this normal or does this warrent a call to my OB? 

 I feel stupid worrying this much as this is my second pregnancy, but I was induced the first time and never experienced any of this!
