1st trimester prenatal screening

Hi I am 25 years old, first pregnancy. I am currently alittle over 9 weeks. I have my first trimester prenatal screenings for down syndrome and trisomy 18 on June 5th. What should i expect, what happens during the procedure, is it painful, how long does it take to get the test results back.
