New to Pumping

I got the go ahead from my midwife to start pumping so that we can give LO a bottle every so often. I hope to start next week, as he's currently going through a growth spurt.

I know every baby is different, but is there somewhere I can find average amounts needed per feeding for different ages? We have a couple weddings coming up this summer and our parents will be babysitting, I'm not sure how I will know how much milk to leave them.
