LO loves to nurse. He's 3 months old and will literally never fall off the breast while feeding. My pedi said to limit him to 20 mins on each breast. 40 minutes is a long time and I'm wondering if it's necessary. Could DS just be hanging out for comfort? He always has plenty of wet and poopy diapers.
