Baby is 3 weeks old, milk ducts have clogged 4 times...

This morning my left breast clogged up for the 4th time since LO has been born. I EP due to latch issues and when I pump I do it until supply stops...why is this happening?? It hurts!! Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?
