Division of labor

How do you divide up household chores? Or do you divide and conquer at all?

Things used to be split pretty evenly between DH and I but now that I SAH, I'm responsible for everything. It gets to be a bit much, especially when on his days off he gets grumpy if I ask for help. I guess I'm more worn out than anything, between looking after C and the dog, trying to keep up with the house and trying to plan for school.
