If you failed the 1-hour but passed the 3-hour glucose test...

...did your doctor tell you that you're still more likely to deliver a big baby?  My doctor said that since I failed the 1-hour, I am still considered glucose "intolerant" and more likely to have a bigger baby.  I  have never heard this before so am just curious if anyone else has.  TIA!
