Guessing baby's weight at 36wks

 My Dr. guessed by feeling that my baby boy is somewhere between 7lbs 8 oz - 7lbs 13oz at this point. They will do an ultrasound next week to check out his size. The baby has dropped but it feels like he is still filling me up to the ribs. I am a pretty petite 5'4 but could he be right on size if it's just a guess? What are your thoughts on this? How did they proceed on with you if you had a baby that was "BIG" with 4wks or more left?
