Anyone get a period at 7 weeks pp while BFing?

I'm 7 weeks post c-section today. Post partum bleeding has been done for about a week. Suddenly today I have bright red bleeding again. I'd like to think there's no way it's AF since I've been pumping/BFing since day 1. But if it's not, it's a bit concerning. WWYD -- call OB or wait to see if it's a fluke occurrence?
