How often do you pump?

Now that I am back to work with  I am trying to figure out how often I need to pump. I pump before and after work. If I pump once in the middle of the day thats 4.5 hours between pumping. Then at home I pump once more before bed then once or twice in the middle of the night. So about 6-7 times a day. Is 4.5 hours too long or okay once your supply is established? Just a note. I dont BF Im E'pumping.
