BH at work SUCKS

I am a speech therapist at a preschool and am lucky to work with kids one on one.  However, even that is hard with these cramps and BH.  I know it isn't the real deal because it is more constant and not timeable at all.  But still - really hard to do my job!  I am sitting and drinking water, but not like I can really lie down on the job!  And I swear the kids know I am not doing well because their behavior is AWFUL today on top of it!  The last day of school is tomorrow.  So close and yet soooooo far away!!
