Why isn't my iphone syncing all of my pics to the computer?

Any ideas? I've synced it twice now, yet some recent pics that I took are not in iphoto on my computer. I'm just trying to sync it so I can put a new album that I bought on it so I can put in earbuds and pretend my coworkers don't exist. I was apparently too chatty yesterday and I feel like maybe I was annoying, so I don't want to talk today.

318/13,000=2.5% Started TTC in June 2008. Took a few breaks here and there. We started TTC again in Jan 2012. TTC #1, Cycle 33.
