do you have a special take home outfit?

I've noticed a lot of people talking about their "take home" outfit. I'm bringing various comfy gowns and onesies in NB and 0-3 just in case (the birth center doesn't provide any clothes for the baby) but I don't have any cute/special outfit. Just curious what you ladies are doing?
