Adverse effects from Fenugreek...

I was thinking of taking Fenugreek, but I heard that it can hurt my stomach, as well as LOs stomach if taken.  I know all side effects are usually few and far between, but I  would just rather not do it if it seems even remotely common.  I exclusively pump bc LO wouldnt latch but I still wanted her to have breast milk.  Im afraid of my supply running low, but also want to start building up a freezer stash just in case of emergency, and only have a little supply in the freezer right now.  Anyone completely for Fenugreek or completely against it??
