Has anyone gone dairy free?

We (my pedi and I) think D may have a dairy sensitivity... I'm having a hard time going dairy free but she is still having symptoms even though I have cut back drastically . So has anyone here gone dairy free? Any tips? Did you notice an improvement in LO's symptoms (mostly projectile vomitting)? I don't really know the point of this post just feeling overwhelmed with this but determined to EBF and I really need to go completely dairy free for at least a week to see if anything changes before we start looking at other causes... So can anyone relate?
