i need your tips and tricks

I posted here awhile ago about inducing lactation for an adopted baby. she was born almost a month ago and i still have no milk. finally got my dom in the mail about a week ago, and i am eating some oatmeal (yuck) because I heard that helps. I was not sure if it was a specific type or preparation of oatmeal that does it, or if my maple and brown sugar will do the trick I am not going to give up on this, I want to nourish my baby. if you have any tips, please let me know! thanks!
