Sudafed survival stories?

Has anyone taken Sudafed while bfing and gone on to have no problems with supply? I am so sick with a sinus infection and taking a sick day is not an option, so I took one this morning just to try and make it through the day. I'm chugging water and drinking fenugreek like crazy to try and counter-act the drying effects but I'm really nervous about it. I'd be devastated if I dried up after being successful for this long!
