Ugh...Ouch! Getting frustrated

Started having irregular contractions last night. Then woke up with Regular contractions at 5am & have been nonstop since but only 5 mins apart @40 secs a piece. Went in to the dr. Office around 8:30 & found out I was 1cm dilated & 75percent effaced. He thinks I'm in early stages of labor but the contractions haven't changed much since my visit. Aside from maybe being a tad more intense & still regular.

just argh!
