Got complimented for BFing yesterday...

We went out to dinner with our girls and DH's side of the family for Mother's Day. During dinner DD2 got hungry so I nursed her at the table. A little while later two elderly couples were leaving and stopped to look at the baby and tell us how cute she is and to wish me a happy Mother's Day. Then one of the ladies came and put her arm around me and said that she saw me nursing and thought it was so wonderful. She told me she nursed both her kids who are adults now and to keep at what I'm doing because it's a beautiful thing and so good for the babies and not to ever let anyone get to me if they have a problem with it. I thought that was the sweetest thing ever. I know legally it's my right to BF anywhere and I never hesitate to NIP if I need to, but you never know if someone is going to be offended, so it was great to be paid a compliment for doing it, especially on Mother's Day.
