What do you eat? I am eating carrots and rice cakes for breakfast. I don't want to lose my supply, and trying to figure out what to eat is tough. I am doing the whole, no wheat, soy, dairy, nuts, fish or eggs thing. I have rice and peas for lunch, with the Earth's Balance butter (no soy or dairy). Dumb ?- is coconut a tree or regular nut? Thought it was a fruit, but I am guessing coco'nut' insinuates nut. I know I can't do almond milk, but what about coconut milk, or butter spreads? I am going to be living off of baked chicken, rice and veggies, huh? Anyone have a problem with their milk supply when doing this? Any snacks that you ate that would satisfy the hunger??!!!???
