Weaning causes irregular periods?

I'm not weaning my daughter, not intentionally anyway, but she is taking in less BM now.  I've never made a whole lot of milk so I have to supplement about a bottle a day now (even on weekends) and with eating baby food she just nurses a bit less.  So I'm wondering if that's what's caused the craziness with my period lately.  I've had a regular period since the c/s (even before my PP visit) every month.  This one has been going for over 2 weeks now, and it started only 2 weeks after the last one started.  I'm not on any pills and I have a dr's appt tomorrow.  I'd just like some suggestions as to what could be up so I'm not blindsided at the appt.
