Nipple feels bruised--hurts bad!??

Hey, the last couple days my nipple and the top part of my Areola feels bruised, it is very sore and hurts when DS latches to feed. Also hurts to wear a bra! I have been weaning him to regular milk and haven't benn pumping as much lately? Not sure if this is a clogged duct or something else, as I have never had problems like this before? Any recomendations to ease the pain or suggestions as to what this is? Thanks in advance for the help!
