Constipation? (LO)

LO is BF with one 4 oz bottle of formula once a day. The pedi said that he would eventually not poop as often as he had been. All of a sudden, we went from 7 a day, to 3 onn Saturday, and now nothing since Saturday night. How long do I wait until I need to intervene? He isn't horribly uncomfortable, just passing a lot of gas.
