Need Advice on Feeding
My 7 week old daughter is making GREEN diapers...not the golden colored ones anymore. Pediatrician said it is because she is not getting the hindmilk during feeds. So...I let her nurse for an extremely long time now so I am SURE she gets the whole "serving" per side thinking that surely after 30 minutes per side she is getting the hindmilk...but still no luck with the diapers.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any advice on how to be sure she is getting the hindmilk? I'm concerned that even though we are nursing well, she might not really be getting what she needs from me...thoughts?
