has anyone else experienced this?

Happy mothers day everyone!! I am 9 weeks pregnant. On may 8 I had my first ultrasound and everything looked great, heartbeat 182bpm. This morning, I had to strain for a bowel movement and had some pinkish discharge upon wiping, and I am sure it was from my vagina. I have only had little twinges, not really cramps since then. It is not anything that leaves stains on my underwear..only upon wiping. Should I be worried? Has anyone else experienced this? Sorry if this is silly! Its my first and naturally everything is driving me crazy!! Have a good day!
