sharp pains in nipples and diaphragm

I periodically get sharp shooting or pinching pains in my nipples or across my diaphragm.  They always go away after a short while, but they hurt like hell.  The pain in my nipple feels like someone is shoving a pen or pencil through my nipple into my breast.  The diaphragm pain is just a really strong hitch in my upper abdomen like a charlie horse you get when you ran to hard and didn't walk it out.  I'm not terribly worried about them, but was wondering if anyone else had experienced them or heard of other pregos having this issue?
