Hemorroids? Sciatica? What is going on?

Ok...so I've never had hemorrhoids or sciatica problems. This morning, I woke up with diarrhea a few times. As the day has progressed, I have pressure in my rectal area all of the time! I got hemorrhoid cream and wipes. I have a protruding bump/vein in my butt...so is this hemorrhoids? Help! It hurts to walk...just cracked open my boppy to sit on.
