Ugh it's day four and I'm already sore and bleeding. This is my second, do I know where this is heading. I don't really care about the whole bonding over breast; I formula fed DD1 but I do want to be able to give DD2 breastmilk. I know it's better for her. How did you get your milk established? Did you BF on the beginning? Or just start pumping?  Tell me how you were able to maintain your supply.
