is this labor? braxton hicks? or something else????!!!! please help!

im 37 weeks, and i spiradically have been getting this weird pain like right under my bra strap area like upper abdominal pain? right under my breasts, it is like tightening and kind of painfull last about 15-20 secounds and then goes away last night i got it again ( before last night it was like a week sense i had it) but last night it was almost like waves of pain for about 30 secounds. it hurts pretty bad but always goes away, and i never know when it is going to start. what do you guys think?
