TRX (exercise question)

I just started doing TRX at the gym with a trainer and have already paid for and scheduled 6 more sessions. The workout is only 30 minutes long and my heart rate doesn't get up but it is a core workout and I have been very sore afterwards so far. I'm not even 5 weeks yet and would love to wait until after my Dr. appointment at 7 weeks to tell anyone. So my question is, should I be avoiding this type of exercise and if not should I tell my trainer that I am pregnant? My trainer is a woman with two children so I would trust her to tell me if anything is not safe.
