Period at 13 weeks post-partum? EBF

I didn't expect my period for many more months. My baby is 13 weeks old and is EBF, and I think I got my period. I had seen some spotting the past 2 days, but tonight had more substantial blood. Is this my period? Is this normal? If not my period, what else could it be?
