First menstral cycle!?

I have been EBF until about 2wks ago, DS will be 10wks on Sunday. I still BF just do a lot of FF. I started bleeding on Wednesday morning & e-mailed my OBGYN Thursday afternoon when it picked up & became really heavy- she says it is my first cycle?! That is crazy to me! With DD I didn't BF & my first period didn't come til about 4mo PP. With this baby I am BF & got it earlier.
