Twins almost here... Sudden New Questions

My little boys are almost here. My doc has put me on bedrest because I have been working so hard. Now, I know it's probabaly very late to be thinking about this, but I've suddenly been hearing a lot more about attachment parenting...could someone explain to me what that is so I can see if I want to do that with my twins?
