BFing after breast reconstruction?

Maybe this topic has already been exhausted to death (guess I should just search for it) but anyone out there who has had a breast reduction surgery and has been able to BF?  I had mine 10 years ago and was told quite specifically that I would not be able to do so.  Researching the internet, however, has given me some hope that it is possible.  Just curious to see if anyone has successfully been able to.  Thanks!
