Realtor etiquette?

We are on our endless house hunt, and keep finding duds with realtors. The most recent one is a really nice guy and knowledgeable and we like him a lot. But he's so busy. We haven't seen houses in 2 weeks because he can never fit us in.

Before we start talking to someone else, do we have to "break up" with him? It sucks because we value his input and everything, but 3 houses we really liked have sold before we could even see them because of this.
