Timing of Pump Sessions

Does the timing of pump sessions matter (ie, should be spaced equally throughout the day similar to feedings) or just the number of sessions?  My baby will eat 3-4 times while I'm at work and she nurses on 1 side per feeding.  So if I pump both sides twice at work, I can keep up with her intake.  Does it matter what time I pump?  I did 10:30 and 1:30 the first two days, but tried pumping when I got in at 7 this morning and plan to pump again around 1/1:30.  Just trying to minimize the disruption to my work day.  I nurse her before I come to work and twice in the evening.  Thoughts?
