Length of time at breast.
My baby was born on Tuesday and we've even nursing on demand ever since 2 hours after the csection. She has a solid latch and the LC at the hospital was pleased.?
My question is this... How long should I let baby nurse on each side? For example, we just had a 45 minute feeding in which she did not break latch until the end when she fell off in her colustrum/ milky coma. I want to say the LC didn't mention anything about switching sides after "X" minutes... Just to switch breasts at every feeding. Some feedings are 45 mins and some are 15 at this stage...?
Any thoughts? Tips? Thanks!?
