What does back labor feel like?

I'm in the bath right now trying to relax and unwind after a busy day. We went to dinner with friends and during dinner I started feeling sharp pains in my back that started from my I guess you'd say hip flexer area??  They don't feel like BH or contractions. But definitely painful and consistent. I haven't timed space between them will start now. Just wondering if I may have over extended myself today or maybe this is back labor???  I didn't have back labor with my girls but expect it this time due to lo's position. Thanks for any thoughts.
