What have you been eating to keep your blood sugar levels within normal range? My blood sugar levels have been good but I would love some food ideas to help me put some variation in my diet! Looking for some good recommendations for mostly snack and lunch ideas that I can easily bring to work with me. Also, for breakfast I have been eating greek yogurt, or rye toast with peanut butter, or eggs. Is there anything else you GD ladies can suggest? What about dinner too? Haha! Thanks!!!!
