I have developed mastitis on my left side. My doctor put me on Cephalex and said nothing about stopping feeding. In fact, everything I read says to continue.

Anyone had tips or tricks to relieve the pain? I'm alternating heat and cold right now but it up near my armpit and very uncomfortable. That plus these flue symptoms have me feeling pretty awful.
