worried about this...

(sorry TMI)  I'm somewhere between 4-5 weeks.  My HCG levels and progesterone are being monitored and all numbers are good as of yesterday.  But today I saw a "blob" of something that came out with my urine, a bit smaller than a dime.  It looked like it could have been tissue or possibly just discharge.  No blood at all, just a clear/white color. 

Just wondering if anyone has had this or knows what this could be... I hope it's just yet another strange pregnancy symptom that i've never heard of.  This is my first pregnancy.
