New to The Bump!

Hey guys, I'm new to the bump and the whole pregnancy thing. I found out that I'm expecting and need some moms to talk to. I'm going to be a single mother and that scares the crap out of me. I have a ton of nieces and nephews but I've never really been around newborns before, so I'm more than a little nervous especially when I just moved to a new town, bought a new house, and started a new business. I'm so excited about this and I heard from my sister in law that is was a really cool site to meet mom's on.

Since this is my first pregnancy I have a few questions...the morning or all day sickness in my case...when does it end. I've had it for a few weeks now and it's killing me. I can't keep anything down and I don't have a doctors appointment until Monday. I'm in the OBX now and I can't really enjoy the vacation with my friends when I'm worried about getting sick. Is there anything that I can do so I won't get so sick?
