Moms 2+: Baby shower gift for older sibling?

If you had a baby shower/sprinkle, did you get your 'older' kid(s) anything to open?

I was planning on getting my daughter a gift to take to grandma's while we are in the hospital . . . but it just occured to me that she'll may get a little jealous during/after the shower.
