Separate preg hormones from rightful anger?

Ok, so this pregnancy unlike my first, had been filled with rage and mood swings. 2nd tri was worst and I thought I was better. Until I came home from my 37week OB appointment to discover that the neighbor's lawn company employee had mowed down our peonie hedge. They did the same thing last year. I worked so hard digging, transporting the plants from my dad's 3 hours away, years ago, replanting, fertilizing...and have never seen them bloom. Everytime we see someone mowing there we remind them and they either say yes we know or yeah how could we miss that? Well, the guy today said sorry I'm new. I am furious!!!! I want to make sure I have right to be, and that I calm down before I call the company and talk to the neigjbor. How would you handle this?
