Random Question... Medicine's

First off, I have my 12 week appt next week so I do plan on asking my OB, but in the meantime I thought I would ask for y'alls advice or suggestions.

We are going to the beach and plan on doing some off shore fishing. I have suffered from m/s, but I think I am coming to an end. Yay and fingers crossed! I am still a little worried about motion sickness or sea sickness... can pregnant women take any type of motion sickness medicine? We will be going on my FIL boat, so I won't feel so bad if I can't cut it and have to be brought back to shore.
