Ladies with swelling please come in...

The last week or two my swelling has been pretty bad.  I just stepped on the scale and well, I'm not happy. It says I've gained 7 pounds in the past 3 weeks.... And I haven't really changed anything and havent been splurging more than usual. I'm wondering if one has something to do with the other.  Any advice? I go to the dr on Tuesday and I'm going to talk to them about it too but I figured if there is something I can do now I'll start trying!
